We represent employees who are experiencing or have experienced human rights discrimination in the workplace. We also support employers in creating safe, respectful, inclusive workplaces for all employees and clients.

Employer training sessions are offered to aid in preventing and responding to human rights violations in the workplace, particularly with respect to discrimination and harassment based on sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.

In addition, we provide workplace investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment.

We are proud to be the first and only law firm in Canada providing strategic pro bono services, aimed at creating systemic legal changes to better protect the human rights of people living in poverty in Nova Scotia.
