It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague and friend, George MacDonald, on September 18, 2023. George’s presence at Pink Larkin was transformative, driving the growth of our litigation practice with dedication and excellence.
George was not only a legal powerhouse but also a remarkable mentor. He had a talent for nurturing younger lawyers, guiding them through cases with his trademark “George Trips.” His wisdom left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to learn from him.
We recognize the legal profession’s immense void left by his departure. Yet, George was more than a brilliant lawyer and mentor; he brought joy to our lives. His love for karaoke and Cape Breton celebrations was legendary. George turned any occasion into a lively, memorable event. His kindness, compassion, and unwavering support enriched our personal and professional journeys.
