Gail Gatchalian was recently one of three workplace investigation trainers who delivered the Lancaster House Advanced Skills Training Workshop Investigating and Responding to Bullying and Harassment: Moving from a culture of fear to a culture of respect. On May 5 in St. John’s and on June 17 in Halifax, the trainers led workshop participants through real-life situations involving harassment and bullying in the workplace to provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively investigate and respond to these allegations.
