Dominic serves as legal counsel for numerous complaints and discipline committees, providing guidance to professional regulatory bodies in matters of administrative law and professional regulation. Dominic also offers counsel and representation across a wide array of labour and employment issues, encompassing arbitrations, labour board proceedings, and litigation. Additionally, Dominic has developed a practice in the niche area of language rights and has represented clients in various constitutional matters to ensure the rights of linguistic minorities are respected.
