Pink Larkin, one of Atlantic Canada’s leading law firms, announced recently that Joel Pink, Q.C. has joined the firm. Mr. Pink will be a key leader in providing legal and strategic counsel for Pink Larkin’s wide range of clients.

Joel has practiced law for over 30 years and is a past president of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the founding President of the Nova Scotia Criminal Lawyers’ Association. Mr. Pink served for several years as President of the Continuing Legal Eduction Society. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, making him the third lawyer in the firm to hold this distinction.

Joel is a graduate of Acadia University and Dalhousie University Law. Mr. Pink appears regularly in all levels of Court with jurisdiction in the province. He has represented accused persons in the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and often has a matter pending before the Supreme Court of Canada. For more than 30 years, Mr. Pink has lectured extensively and taught courses at Dalhousie Law School and St. Mary’s University. Mr. Pink has consistently maintained an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell. He has also authored texts for Carswell Legal Publishers in Canada.
